Artist Rajab Abdul Kahali by the famous name as Harmonize has finally officially signed out from the Wasafi Classic Baby WCB group demanding his contract be broken.
Speaking to Wasafi Television, WCB chief executive officer Sallam SK alias Mendez revealed that the artist has officially written a letter to the group saying he wants to resign.
Sallam has said that the Harmonize heart is no longer with the WCB and has called for a meeting with the WCB management in his movement to agree the action.
"Harmonize at the moment his heart is not in the WCB, the contract is still there. Why do I say so? Harmonize has sent a letter of break of contract and he is ready to go through all aspects of the law to terminate his contract and we are happy about it,” said Sallam.
However, he said that the songwriter of 'My Boo' was still in the WCB contract and insisted that Harmonize would go out without causing any problems.
"We (as the WCB) are pleased with the his decision, we cannot oppose anything.When he decides to follow the instructions, he has 100% of the blessings from Wasafi and when he wants to cooperate with the Wasafi whenever, we are open. You know when you leave in a positive environment it helps the relationship stay right there," he said Salam SK
According to Sallam, the announcement that Harmonize has officially out of WCB will be officially announced after the entire process is followed and completed
"On the day he comes out of contract we will announce to the public. Right now he has written a letter. His position is from the WCB. Working within the WCB, in his heart, is no longer a pleasure," added Sallam.
Sallam said in a Wasafi festival held in Mwanza, Harmonize use private transport to do some of the things he interpreted as having separated from the WCB.
'He did a lot of things for us that we didn't expect, including announcing an artist who didn't have our permission. We do not want to bring divisions in our group but as Harmonize came into its own, it is not that Diamond cannot do it or Rayvany, it is about the honor that the WCB is united and we follow the available rules in label'.
"However we are pleased with his move because there are probably some things he has seen doing himself may be he will go far," said Sallam, quoted by Mwananchi Tanzania newspaper.
Regarding the isolation of his colleagues Sallam has said that: This is not a good idea depending on the content of the festival.
The content of the Wasafi Festival is unity. If an artist decides to stop accompanying fellow artists who are present at the festival it is the opposite.
The manager has apologized to all the artists who participated in the Mwanza Festival as a result of Harmonize doing so and that the leadership of Wasafi was not informed about it.
